Recipe Cuttlefish stuffed with of 21-07-2017 [Updated on 06-02-2018]
The Stuffed squid they are a tasty main course, prepared with a filling of shrimp, bread, eggs, cheese and parsley. The recipe is very simple, it needs a first part in the pan to flavor the filling and then off in the oven to complete the dish.

How to make stuffed cuttlefish
First, start cleaning the cuttlefish, if you don't know how to do it, follow the guide.
Then remove the tentacles and cut them into small pieces.
In a pan with the oil and parsley, fry the garlic clove.
Then add the cut tentacles and blend with the wine.
Crumble the bread and add it to the boiled shrimp.
Put both in the pan and cook for about 2 minutes.
Then transfer everything to a bowl.
Add the egg, pecorino, chopped parsley and salt and mix.
Now stuff the cuttlefish and close them with wooden sticks.
Transfer them to a baking dish with parchment paper, sprinkle them with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Cook at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
Your stuffed cuttlefish are ready to be served.
